FEATURED SURVEILLANCE VIDEO PRODUCTS
LIVE LINK: We continue to develop new products to meet the world’s ever changing surveillance and security needs. The Company introduced its LIVE LINK by aidVISION technology in a number of covert and overt applications. This proprietary technology is designed to transmit high quality, low latency video/audio/GPS in real-time over low bandwidth communication links. With the widespread availability of cellular networks, the LIVE LINK is ideal for covert surveillance operations. Unlike Wi-Fi networks, which are easy to identify and block, cellular networks are ubiquitous data networks that are ever present.
The LIVE LINK video system contains the Vemotion codec, which is a unique technology that enables our customers to utilize cellular networks in transmitting high quality, low latency video and audio in real-time. The LIVE LINK has been well received by our customer base since its introduction and none of LEA-AID’s competitors currently offer a similar device. The LIVE LINK system was utilized during the Super Bowl held at MetLife Stadium.
Unlike conventional video codecs and wireless approaches, the Vemotion codec was designed from the outset to address the technical challenges of both video encoding and wireless transmission. It provides a more consistent image quality with greater levels of detail in the image – even at low bandwidths.
In practice, this means more effective wireless surveillance from remote locations and in situations with variable network bandwidth, with reduced latency, as well as more effective control over remote pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) camera equipment.
UVIS: LEA-AID’s Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS) continues to be prominent in the market and LEA has software and hardware upgrade programs in place for current UVIS customers. While we compete with many companies who offer some version of this system, we believe that our UVIS’s improved capabilities, which allow for future upgrade through software and open architecture, differentiates our product and is a competitive advantage. more info
Silvus MIMO Radios:LEA-AID is proud to distribute the Silvus MIMO Radio product line. Silvus leads the Mobile Networked MIMO (MN-MIMO) waveform revolution with a family of mesh radio products specifically designed to address the growing demand for distributing video and other high bandwidth data in harsh tactical environments. StreamCaster radios, featuring MN-MIMO at the core, join together to form a robust, self-healing, self-forming fluid mesh network. From underground tunnels to Unmanned Surface Vehicles, to Airborne ISR, and everywhere in-between, StreamCaster provides high bandwidth, reliable wireless video and data communications where traditional radios fail.
